Booked a wheelchair accessible room with a comfy big bed and got it upon arrival. the room had an electric kettle, refrigerator, and glassware available for use. - the location was strategic and convenient, being close to the beach. - A night market and a market were right next door.

We had a very pleasant stay at Trang Ngan. The hotel kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out and even offered us a place to shower before our train. The room was fresh, spacious, and clean, with a lovely view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. Despite a minor inconvenience with the air conditioning, our overall experience was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is really close to the beach, just a minute's walk away. It even has a pool on the 3rd floor, perfect for a quick dip after a day at the beach. The rooms are spacious and some offer a great view of the sea. And the staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, always welcoming us with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good Wi-Fi. The hotel was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach.
Our room had no view at all. We could only see the roof of a building next door and it made us feel a bit disappointed.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a amazing view of the sea. The staff were friendly and were really nice too make my trip enjoyable. I especially loved the close proximity to the beach, just a short 3-4 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and comfortable stay.

This hotel is an exceptional option for those who love to be near the beach. It's really close to the beach - just down a back alley 30m from the main road. that, the hotel is located very close to all restaurants, which is quite convenient. the room and bathroom were clean, providing guests simple and small rooms that are worth the money. the staff was friendly and ready to help with anything.
The hotel service can be improved, as some guests complained about the room service. Even when the door had a Please do not disturb sign, housekeeping kept knocking on the door starting from 9:30 approximately every hour.

Complementary drinks and sweets upon arrival and free wifi were nice surprises. the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. the room had a comfortable bed and was equipped with an air conditioning unit, which was greatly appreciated.
The room was small and cramped with no space to move around. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had a lingering musty smell.
